Surround yourself with a bunch of ultra-creative and talented people, add a huge dose of creativity, mix in a large amount of passion and drive, break the rules a little bit, and voila! I am very proud of the products I developed such as the Revolution Speed helmet and the Riddell 360 helmet and all the patents that those two helmets encompass, but if I had to pick one thing I am most proud of; creating a design language for the Riddell brand which has become synonymous with football.”

We are a tight knit group so we feed off of each other’s fire. When you work, ride and travel together as much as we do, you gain a level of trust and respect that is crucial in making the right decisions. We can use our instincts and trust our gut a lot more than if we were a consultancy who was new to these sports. We are high-level athletes that demand the most from our equipment. If it passes our internal standards we are pretty confident the end consumer is going to be happy as well.”
