Van Nuys, Calif., August 3, 2011 – Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. – a leading designer, developer and marketer of innovative sports equipment and accessories under the Easton, Bell, Riddell and Giro brands – today announced that Laura Moore has been named Senior Vice President – Corporate Communications, effective immediately. Reporting to Paul Harrington, President and CEO of Easton-Bell Sports, Moore will establish and lead the company’s corporate communications function. She will oversee public affairs, media relations, crisis communications, public relations and internal communications.
“We’re building a world-class team at Easton-Bell Sports, and we’re fortunate to have Laura join in this new role to help us raise the profile of our flagship brands,” said Harrington. “She brings working knowledge of our business having served as a communications consultant for us most of this year, and she has deep and broad communications expertise in consumer goods.”
Moore’s experience includes developing and directing global strategic communications programs in consumer goods, retail, and financial services. Prior to her most recent work with Easton-Bell Sports, Laura served as the Vice President of Global Communications for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Her retail experience includes roles as Senior Vice President – Communications and Public Relations for RadioShack® Corporation and Vice President of Corporate Communications for Zale Corporation. She also served as Senior Vice President – Public Relations and Internal Communications for Regions Financial Corporation during its merger integration.

Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Texas A&M University – Commerce. She serves on the board of directors for the Dallas Women’s Foundation and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and Texas Public Relations Association.
